At our sites in Grünstadt and Dorsten we are looking for a Dispatcher (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

These are your tasks:

  • You dispatch our vehicles and trailers and commission charter companies.
  • You process and monitor your orders, handle complaints and prepare the billing (order-to-cash process).
  • Direct communication with our drivers, contractors and service providers is also part of your job.
  • You create transport documents and rework them.
  • You monitor compliance with legal requirements (driving & rest times, permits, etc.).
  • Booking of ferries and ROLA if necessary.

This is what you offer:

  • You have a commercial vocational training in the field of forwarding and logistics.
  • You were able to gain initial professional experience in the logistical or dispatching area of chemical and silo logistics.
  • You work in a structured, sustainable and customer-oriented manner.
  • You are familiar with information technology: ideally, you have experience in Soloplan and are confident in using MS Office.

We are looking for a full-time commercial clerk (m/f/d) for our order entry department at our site in Grünstadt to start as soon as possible.

These are your tasks:

  • Entering, checking and confirming incoming orders
  • Administration of master data in the internal transport management system
  • Checking freight conditions in coordination with the invoicing department
  • Cooperation with the dispatching department and providing administrative support if required

This is what you offer:

  • You have successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector, ideally as a forwarding and logistics services clerk, and have already gained some relevant work experience.
  • You are familiar with Microsoft 365 and can easily familiarize yourself with new software.

We are looking for a full-time or part-time Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) for ancillary cost accounting for our site in Grünstadt to start as soon as possible.

These are your tasks:

  • Conditioning and reconciliation of master data and specific customer specifications in the corporate transport management system
  • Careful checking of freight documents for completeness and accuracy as well as corresponding data maintenance in the system
  • Reviewing ancillary costs and extra costs as well as corresponding invoicing
  • Cross-departmental clarification of processes and reporting to the manager
  • Taking on general administrative tasks, such as processing and responding to incoming emails

We are looking for a full-time Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) for our tank container and depot management at our site in Grünstadt to start as soon as possible.

These are your tasks:

  • Daily updating of the tank container inventory at the depot in Grünstadt
  • Preparation of monthly invoicing as well as preparation and updating of statistics
  • Carrying out regular inventories to ensure consistency between the target and actual stock at the terminal
  • Checking incoming invoices and preparing invoices for services rendered in the tank container and depot area
  • Booking and careful checking of intermodal transports
  • Support with strategic projects, such as the integration of depot software

These are your tasks:

  • You will service our customers and communicate with our drivers.
  • You will also be responsible for shipment tracking and feedback.

For our workshop equipped with a state-of-the-art painting system at our site in Grünstadt, we are looking for a vehicle painter to start as soon as possible.

These are your tasks:

  • Elimination of paint and accident damage to commercial vehicles
  • Sanding, masking, cleaning, priming, painting and polishing of vehicle body parts
  • Cavity sealing, surface preservation and powder coating of components
  • Carrying out filling work

This is what you offer:

  • You have a completed apprenticeship as an industrial painter (m/f/d), vehicle painter (m/f/d) or a similar qualification
  • Professional experience in a comparable position is desirable

At our site in Grünstadt, Germany, we are looking for an automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

These are your tasks:
On our tractor units, tank semitrailers, chassis and tank containers you will take over the:

  • Installation and removal of various parts
  • Fault detection as well as damage assessments
  • Commissioning and repair work
  • Testing for roadworthiness and traffic safety
  • Operating mechanical and electrical testing and measuring equipment
  • Ensuring the interaction of electronic and mechanical components

  • You have successfully completed vocational training as an automotive mechatronics technician/mechanic/metal worker/vehicle builder/mechanic or similar and have already gained initial relevant work experience.

At our site in Grünstadt, we are looking for a Stacker Driver Container (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

These are your tasks:

  • You will be responsible for craning and uncraning large containers (tank containers) as well as restacking and handling units.
  • You check the units for possible damage.
  • Checking temperatures and operating the equipment on the site are also part of your job.

  • You are responsible for the dispatching of the driving personnel.
  • You prepare papers and overviews for our accounting department.
  • You take over the online check-in of vehicles in customer portals.
  • General administrative tasks are also part of your responsibilities.
  • You operate smaller technical plants.
